Throughout 2025, OCU Group has been experiencing a sustained period of growth. Due to this and our continued work winning success, we currently have an opportunity for an experienced Fibre Surveyor to join our team!
Duties and Responsibilities
* You will carry out audits to make sure health and safety and quality are at the forefront of focus
* Manage KPIs across the teams to drive delivery across the build requirements
* Ensure build quality is maintained & improved
* Feedback and improve the quality of build to the fibre engineers & fibre manager
* Assisting the fibre engineers with any onsite issues
Skills and Experience
* Experienced fibre auditor with good knowledge of the fibre build
* Excellent knowledge of PIA Network Build
* Full manual UK driving licence
* Good time management, organisation skills and able to work to deadlines
* Attention to detail
* Previous experience in a Utilities/Construction environment desirable
