Employed part-time role combined with a Self Employed Personal Trainer.
This NEW role has been created as part of the ongoing partnership between YPT and its operator partner.
The role will involve employed operational hours combined with a Personal Training license with YPT.
You will take responsibility for delivering an excellent product and customer experience. You must be customer focused and have a passion for high standards.
Main Responsibilities
1. To lead group exercise classes with enthusiasm and to the highest standards.
2. To work with the rest of the team in delivering the very highest levels of service in line with our brand standards.
3. To deliver a world class member experience and to support member retention.
4. To ensure the gym is always spotlessly clean.
Person Specification
The successful candidate will possess and be able to evidence the following personal characteristics:
1. Enthusiastic and personable, who enjoys interacting with the public.
2. Able to communicate with and motivate people from a variety of backgrounds.
3. Outgoing personality with a glass half full attitude.
4. You must also hold a minimum Level 3 PT Qualification.
