Reporting to the Student Funding Manager, the Student Funding Advisor is primarily responsible for providing financial advice and support to students, helping them navigate various funding options and ensuring they receive the financial assistance they need to succeed in their studies.
This role also supports with the assessment of student financial needs, processing applications, and ensuring that financial aid is distributed fairly and efficiently whilst providing a high level of customer care to funding applicants and always ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
With a good standard of literacy and numeracy, you will be able to demonstrate experience of working in an office administration and/or record keeping role.Experience of preparing for audits and knowledge of welfare benefits would be advantageous.
