Quantity Surveyor
Location: Russells Hall Hospital, Dudley
Reporting to: Head of Projects
Mitie is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Russells Hall Hospital in Dudley. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering exceptional value and service within a dynamic healthcare environment.
Main Duties
Lead on the procurement and tendering of subcontract variations and Lifecycle works.
Lead on development of budget estimates for presentation to customers
Liaise with the client to establish value for money on billable works projects and budgets.
Assist with management of financial forecasts, supply chain contract management, and procurement approaches.
Value interim and completed works and arrange payments.
Person Specification
Minimum of 5 years' experience in the industry or a similar role.
Degree-level qualification in quantity surveying.
Knowledge of contract management principles, including NEC suite of contracts.
Conversant in risk management processes, mitigation, and reporting.
