Conveyancing Paralegal
Location: Central Manchester
Salary: Up to £28,000 DOE
Work Arrangement: Office-based with 1 day remote per week after probation

The Opportunity
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a motivated Conveyancing Paralegal to join a friendly and reputable boutique law firm based in Central Manchester. This is a fantastic role for someone looking to build on their conveyancing experience within a supportive, close-knit team that values quality work, collaboration, and professional development.
The Role
You will assist the Residential Property team in managing a varied caseload of conveyancing matters from instruction to completion, providing high-quality support to the firm’s fee earners and excellent service to clients.
Key responsibilities include:
* Supporting fee earners with sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity
* Preparing and drafting contracts, completion statements, and other legal documentation
* Conducting searches, Land Registry applications, and reviewing title documents
* Liaising with clients, solicitors, lenders, and estate agents
* Managing administrative tasks to ensure smooth progression of files
* Assisting with post-completion work and maintaining accurate records
About You
You will be an enthusiastic and organised individual with a genuine interest in residential conveyancing and a proactive approach to client care.
Requirements:
* Previous experience working as a Conveyancing Assistant or Paralegal (minimum 12 months preferred)
* Strong understanding of the conveyancing process from start to finish
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
* Confident communication skills and a professional telephone manner
* Ability to manage a busy workload and prioritise effectively
* A team player with a positive and client-focused attitude
