Lead Business Analyst

We are seeking a highly experienced Lead Business Analyst with a strong background in delivering Pega BPM solutions. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in business analysis, particularly within Pega environments, and a proven ability to work closely with UK-based Product Owners, business stakeholders, and global scrum teams.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to define project scope and business requirements.
* Lead and facilitate requirement-gathering sessions and workshops.
* Translate business needs into detailed specifications and requirement rules within the Pega platform.
* Write clear and comprehensive user stories and acceptance criteria.
* Validate test scenarios and ensure alignment with the definition of ready.
* Review implemented stories, provide feedback, and suggest improvements.
* Conduct elaboration sessions and lead "show and tell" demonstrations to stakeholders.
Required Skills & Experience:
* Minimum 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst in Pega BPM projects.
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
* Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
* Proficiency in documenting requirements and user stories in Pega.
* Ability to bridge the gap between business and technical teams.
