Job Description
The Civil Litigation Solicitor will be:
* Managing a mixed caseload of litigated and non‑litigated civil matters
* Preparing court documents and correspondence
* Conducting legal research and drafting pleadings
* Advising clients on strategy and case progression
* Liaising with counsel, clients, and third parties
* Managing case files to ensure timely progress
* Negotiating settlements where appropriate
* Representing clients at court hearings and conferences
The Successful Applicant
The Civil Litigation Solicitor should be:
* A solicitor with 2+ PQE in civil litigation experience
* Competent in handling both litigated and non‑litigated work
* Strong in legal drafting skills
* Organised and able to manage a varied caseload
* Excellent communicator, both written and verbal
* Comfortable working within a hybrid model
