Key responsibilities:
7. Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
8. Registering applicants and matching them to suitable properties
9. Arranging and conducting property viewings
10. Negotiating tenancy terms and securing lets
11. Managing the process from offer agreed through to move-in
12. Working closely with landlords to maximise rental opportunities
13. Collaborating with the wider team to support business growth and referrals
Requirements for the Senior Lettings Negotiator position:
14. Minimum 12 months’ experience in a Lettings Negotiator role
15. Driven, proactive, and target-focused
16. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
17. Well-organised with good attention to detail
18. Career-minded with a long-term outlook
19. Full UK driving licence
20. A team player with a positive attitude
