* Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
* Registering applicants and matching them to suitable properties
* Arranging and conducting property viewings
* Negotiating tenancy terms and securing lets
* Managing the process from offer agreed through to move‑in
* Working closely with landlords to maximise rental opportunities
* Collaborating with the wider team to support business growth and referrals
Requirements for the Senior Lettings Negotiator position:
* Minimum 12 months’ experience in a Lettings Negotiator role
* Driven, proactive, and target‑focused
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Well‑organised with good attention to detail
* Career‑minded with a long‑term outlook
* Full UK driving licence
* A team player with a positive attitude
