Responsibilities
* To prepare and set tables and waiter stations in accordance with standard provided
* To support all service and bar staff in their service procedure
* To adhere to company service standards in all regards
* To support, encourage and assist junior servers
* To facilitate order taking and cash handling in an efficient and accurate way and process into POS station as well as relay these to service personnel or management
* To co-ordinate the timeliness of all food & beverage service
* To transport food to guests and to clear and return used utensils and equipment to steward area
* To support with transportation and relocation of equipment and furniture to ready event and club spaces
* To have good menu and product knowledge and to be able to confidently communicate this to subordinates, members and their guests
* To be well informed about the club, membership and its facilities
* To be knowledgeable of common allergies and dietary specifications and to be able to effectively facilitate communication between guests/members and culinary team
* Ad-hoc job as assigned by team leaders
Requirements
* 2-3 years relevant work experience required (Less experience will be considered as Food Runner)
* Ability to build relationships with colleagues and customers and ensure mutual satisfaction Customer-oriented and outstanding people skills
* Fluent in speaking English
* Love to have fun at work and enjoy working with an energetic team
* Can multitask and enjoy working in a busy, fast-paced environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £12.30-£15.50 per hour
Experience:
* Hospitality: 1 year (preferred)
* Bartending: 1 year (preferred)
