A leading global engine leasing company is seeking an experienced Vice President Sales & Marketing Europe to drive commercial growth across the region.
This senior role focuses on engine placements, sale & leasebacks, and trading activity, engaging directly with airline and lessor customers at executive level. You’ll identify opportunities, structure transactions, and lead negotiations end to end.
The ideal candidate will have:
* Strong experience in engine leasing, trading, or OEM sales
* Proven record closing complex lease and sale & leaseback deals
* Deep market knowledge and airline relationships in Europe
* Commercial acumen in pricing, valuation, and credit analysis
