Your Role:
As the HSE Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and promoting a first–class HSE culture across the company. You'll work closely with the Senior Management Team, ensuring that safety is our top priority. Your expertise will help us maintain compliance and continuously improve our health, safety, and environmental practises.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure a safe workplace environment for all employees, customers, and visitors.
Develop and implement a robust Health and Safety Strategy across all departments.
Regularly review and communicate Health and Safety policies, procedures, and regulations.
Conduct risk assessments and maintain a comprehensive Risk Register.
Lead safety inspections, audits, and drills to ensure compliance and readiness.
Provide in–house training on Health and Safety issues to all staff.
Collaborate with managers and HR to address breaches of Health and Safety rules.
Manage hazardous substances and monitor energy efficiency throughout the factory.
Develop environmental strategies and ensure compliance with legislation.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement in HSE performance.
What You Bring:
NEBOSH qualified with 3–5 years of experience managing H&S functions in a workforce of 100+ employees.
Strong knowledge of Health and Safety legislation.
Proven leadership skills with effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
Well–developed analytical and problem–solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office applications.
