Youll be supported by an experienced Operations Manager and an established internal leadership team including a Deputy Manager, Clinical Lead, nursing staff, administrator, hospitality and housekeeping teams.
The Role As Care Home Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day and strategic leadership of the home, ensuring exceptional standards of care, compliance, occupancy and operational performance.
You will lead from the front, inspire your team and create a positive culture where residents and staff thrive.
Key Responsibilities Lead, motivate and develop a high-performing care team
Ensure full CQC compliance and high-quality clinical standards
Drive occupancy and oversee commercial performance
Manage budgets effectively and achieve financial targets
Build strong relationships with residents, families and professionals
Champion a culture of kindness, dignity and person-centred care
Support continuous improvement with a focus on achieving Outstanding standards
About You Were looking for a passionate and commercially aware leader who has:
Previous experience managing a nursing home
Strong working knowledge of CQC regulations
A proven track record of achieving high-quality outcomes
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Experience driving occupancy and business performance
A genuine passion for delivering exceptional care
NMC registration preferred
