We need someone with experience managing an entire IT function or leading IT within a small team. We are seeking someone comfortable taking ownership of IT strategy and moving from a reactive break-fix model to a more forward-thinking approach. Experience supporting over 100 users in an office-based environment is highly desirable. We are looking for someone able to work on-site full time in a business-critical role. Salary is up to 40k. Responsibilities: We are responsible for all IT and technology operations, including both projects and day-to-day end-user support. We ensure the smooth running of daily IT operations for over 100 users. We lead high-impact projects that support the future growth of the business. We drive digital automation and support the transition to paperless systems. We expand work-from-home capabilities as part of our technology strategy. We manage the technology integration for a larger warehouse move and acquisition. We bring IT ownership back in-house and develop a strategic, forward-thinking IT function. We move the department away from a reactive break-fix model. We report to the Finance Manager and work closely with the wider business. We provide on-site technical leadership as the dedicated IT expert. We support the ongoing improvement and integration of the companys technology environment.
