A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced and proactive Facilities Manager to join a growing Property and Asset Management team. This role offers the chance to manage a diverse commercial property portfolio, including industrial, office, and neighborhood retail assets, while working independently and closely with multiple clients.
About the Role
Reporting to the Head of Facilities Management, you will take on a varied and hands-on position with both strategic and operational responsibilities. From managing service providers and liaising with tenants, to ensuring compliance and overseeing budgets, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality property management services.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage day-to-day operations across a mixed commercial property portfolio
* Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations
* Maintain strong tenant relationships and support lease compliance
* Oversee service charge budgets, contractor performance, and utility procurement
* Contribute to strategic reporting and provide solutions to property-related issues
Portfolio Details
This role involves managing a range of property types industrial, office, and retail, across multiple clients. You will have full ownership of your portfolio and be expected to work independently while delivering a professional, high-quality service.
