Sellick Partnership is working with a reputable Social Housing organisation to recruit to a Stock Condition and Energy Surveyor to join their Surveying team in the Assets department, focusing on Energy and Stock Condition. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact on the quality and sustainability of homes within the Cambridgeshire area
What you'll do as Stock Condition Surveyor:
* Carry out stock condition surveys, EPC assessments, and HHSRS inspections to ensure compliance and high standards.
* Diagnose and schedule repairs, conduct pre- and post-inspections, and monitor quality throughout projects.
* Work closely with contractors, tenants, and internal teams to deliver efficient and effective housing services.
* Maintain accurate data and reporting for compliance and performance monitoring.
