Overview: We are currently seeking a part-time Family Solicitor to join a prestigious law firm's growing team. This role involves handling a wide range of family law matters, including separation, divorce, dissolution of civil partnerships, cohabitation, litigation and child law issues.
Role Requirements:
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years’ post-qualification experience in family law
Ability to manage a varied caseload with minimal supervision
Confidence in working independently and running own caseload
Willingness to collaborate on larger or more complex cases
Contribution to the financial success of the team and firm by meeting targets and supporting business development and marketing strategies
Skills:
Strong advocacy skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in dispute resolution methods
