We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Wholesale Operations Assistant to join our dynamic department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing global wholesale customer orders, including distributors, ensuring accuracy and timely processing times. The role requires a proactive and solution-focused mindset to ensure the execution of wholesale orders and fulfilment success, alongside excellent customer service. The individual must have proven success in building relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally. 2-3 years experience in wholesale operations or a related field
· Excellent Excel skills, and proficiency in data analysis, modelling, and reporting is a plus.
· Knowledge of order processing, key account management, and ensuring bespoke service based on individual customer requirements.
· Comfortable reviewing large sets of data to drive resolutions.
· Sage X3 or SAP
· Send orders to 3PL warehouse, and coordinate with couriers and shipping companies where necessary to ensure smooth and on-time delivery.
· Have a very strong knowledge of Key Accounts: Harrods, Selfridges, Liberty, THG, NAP, Mecca, and their vendor portal ERP Systems, plus their special operating shipping routing guides.
· Analyse inventory reports and demand plans in order to identify risk and gaps in stock levels. Contribute to running reports and analyzing sales data
· Order management and execution of orders, to help drive sales to meet the Company's Monthly Sales Target.
· Take the lead on day-to-day account activity and respond to clients and their teams’ requests on time.
· Able to identify and escalate account issues where necessary.
