About the role
This is a permanent, full-time position (37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday) based at our Head Office in Alfreton, Derbyshire, with potential for some home working or participation in a 9‑day fortnight, depending on business needs. We’re looking for a motivated and skilled Business Analyst to join our Member Product team. In this role, you’ll help shape and improve the digital experience for our group and Slimming World Online members, ensuring our services are clear, consistent and aligned with our priorities and vision of a deeply supportive, powerfully personalised and beautifully simple experience.
You’ll work closely with Product Owners, designers, developers and stakeholders across the organisation. By understanding how things work today, you’ll identify opportunities for improvement and support changes that contribute to our transformation and our aim to help every member feel confident, connected, cared for and in control of their weight loss journey. You’ll also:
* Gather, analyse and clearly document business requirements to support shared understanding and effective delivery
* Map current and future processes to identify opportunities to improve member experiences
* Collaborate with the Product and Technology teams to ensure changes are aligned with the product vision and well understood
* Support the development of features across the end‑to‑end digital experience, including seamless onboarding, personalised support, community connection, intuitive tools and Consultant‑led engagement, always championing an exceptional experience for every member
About you
We’d love to hear from you if you’re passionate about delivering an outstanding service and you:
* Have at least three years’ experience in a Business Analyst or similar analytical role (ideally B2C), with strong skills in stakeholder management, requirements engineering, process modelling, and a range of analysis and investigation techniques
* Are a clear communicator and active listener who enjoys collaborating with colleagues across different teams, asking thoughtful questions and exploring how processes and systems work together
* Are naturally curious and motivated by translating complexity into clarity, supporting the delivery of high‑quality digital products that make a real difference
* Are highly organised, detail‑focused and effective at planning time, with pride in contributing to meaningful work that directly supports members on their weight loss journeys
