About the role of Contracts Manager
This Contracts Manager will be managing multiple education projects across Essex and Suffolk areas, managing teams and ensuring client satisfaction in accordance with the contract.
Responsibilities for Contracts Manager
* This Contracts Manager will report into the regional Director and have a team reporting into them made up of Project managers.
* Managing multiple contracts, ensuring they are running smoothly and keeping on track with he clients expectations.
* Reporting to the senior management team on projects and responsible for programming, working with the design teams and value engineering.
* Preparation of tenders at initial stages through to final stages and building relationships with clients.
Requirements for Contracts Manager
* Looking for a dynamic leader who can make decisions, be solution led, has good attention people management and client relationships.
* Looking for a Contracts Manager who has well rounded knowledge of tendering for government frameworks and working within the pharmaceutical/labs sector.
