The Opportunity
Every day, the media you consume, the ads you see, and the websites you browse are likely touched by an Adobe product. We are looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our Digital Media team in the UK.
Responsibilities
* Act as the primary contact for prospective clients, helping them reimagine customer experiences using Adobe solutions.
* Use a consultative sales approach to understand prospects' business, goals, and challenges.
* Achieve pipeline metrics through follow-up on inbound leads and outbound outreach.
* Research target accounts, identify decision-makers, and generate interest.
* Qualify inbound leads to develop sales opportunities.
* Collaborate with colleagues to guide prospects and deliver solutions.
* Conduct initial qualification meetings and transition clients to Account Executives and Solution Consultants.
* Partner with Sales and Specialist teams to build and qualify the sales pipeline.
* Maintain accurate records in CRM and other tools for smooth hand-offs.
* Coordinate with Marketing on lead generation campaigns.
* Run outbound campaigns to balance the sales pipeline across territories.
* Provide feedback to optimize processes within the BDR organization.
Qualifications
* 1-2+ years of experience in Sales or Business Development, with knowledge of SaaS applications.
* Proven success in enterprise solutions, software, or tech sales.
* Strong skills in inbound and outbound sales, relationship nurturing.
* Understanding of SDR processes including account planning and objection handling.
* Motivated, independent, resilient, and collaborative.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to quickly understand complex business problems and craft solutions.
* Proficiency with email, MS Office, and sales tools like Microsoft Dynamics, SFDC, Outreach, ZoomInfo, and Lusha.
* Effective time management and prioritization skills.
* Team player capable of working with multiple stakeholders across teams.
