We are seeking a Store Manager to lead our team at the St Albans store.
As a Store Manager, you will drive the store's success by increasing sales and motivating your team. Reporting to the Area Manager, you will inspire both customers and colleagues, fostering a positive environment and maximizing sales.
This role offers a flexible contract with a fixed number of hours per week across various days and shifts. We are open to discussing flexible working arrangements.

Role Responsibilities
* Analyze reports to assess store and team performance.
* Use KPIs to evaluate and identify areas for development.
* Provide leadership and guidance to ensure team and store objectives are met.
* Conduct regular progress meetings and set SMART goals for team members.
* Communicate training and development needs to the Area Manager and People Advisor.
* Ensure exceptional customer service at all times.
* Maintain adherence to OB operational standards.
* Communicate effectively with the team, maintaining an approachable yet authoritative style.
