The Senior Project Manager's role
The successful Senior Project Manager will lead the delivery of multiple commercial and private sector projects across London.
Responsibilities include:
* Managing projects from inception through to completion
* Overseeing multiple live projects simultaneously
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships
* Taking ownership of key client accounts
* Supporting business development and identifying new opportunities
* Leading project meetings and stakeholder coordination
* Managing project reporting, budgets and delivery programmes
* Supporting the growth and mentoring of junior team members
* Ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget
The Senior Project Manager
The consultancy is seeking an experienced and commercially aware Senior Project Manager with:
* Consultancy-side project management experience
* Strong commercial or private sector project experience
* Proven ability managing multiple projects simultaneously
* Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills
* Business development and account management experience
* Leadership capabilities and team mentoring experience
* Degree qualified in Construction, Project Management or similar
* Chartered or working towards MRICS, MCIOB or MAPM preferred
