Location: Welling School, Woolwich Road, Bexley, DA6 7DA Hours: Shift pattern: 6.00am to 3.00pm and 10.00am to 7.00pm We are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship to any candidates in this role. Youll be part of a supportive team that values collaboration and takes pride in delivering high-quality service every day. What will you be responsible for? As a Caretaker, youll be working within the facilities management team, supporting them in ensuring service delivery to a high standard. Your day to day will include: Carrying out building fabric repairs, adjustments, maintenance, installations, and removals including painting, changing light bulbs, and changing locks Undertaking daily, weekly, and monthly safety checks and planned preventative maintenance as required Acting as keyholder, unlocking and locking the building, setting alarms, and reporting any defects Accepting deliveries, distributing parcels, and moving heavy goods as needed Reporting building maintenance issues and ensuring the premises and grounds remain safe, warm, and properly maintained What are we looking for?
