Our placement program offers you the chance to work alongside current trainees and experienced team members. You will benefit from on-the-job training and access to internal courses to support your development.
As a member of our audit team, you will conduct thorough, risk-focused reviews of clients' financial records, processes, and controls. Your role is crucial in ensuring the accuracy of financial statements and building trust among stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
* Becoming an integral part of our team from day one, engaging in client work quickly, initially within a team, then taking on individual responsibilities.
* Owning tasks that prepare you to supervise future teams.
* Working with a diverse range of clients, including owner-managed businesses, large listed groups, charities, pension schemes, and not-for-profits.

What We Are Looking For:
We value passion, personality, and originality. To be considered, your qualifications, skills, and experience should include:
* A minimum of 112 UCAS points across 3 A Levels or an equivalent Level 3 qualification, or 104 UCAS points across 4 Scottish Highers/Advanced Highers or Irish Leaving Certificate (Higher Level), with a predicted honours degree.
* Effective verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to analyze and interpret data methodically to solve problems.
* Excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships and remain calm under pressure.
* An interest in business and commerce, with organizational and time management skills.
* Willingness to travel to client sites and other offices as needed.
