Poultry Farm Manager (Broilers) – Bath
180,000 birds | 4 sheds | 7 crops per year | 3-bedroom house on farm provided
We are a family-owned poultry business recruiting a Poultry Farm Manager to take full operational ownership of a high-performing broiler unit near Bath.
This is a senior, hands-on role offering real autonomy, on-site family accommodation, and a clear progression pathway into area management within a growing business.
Package
* Base salary: £40,000 – £55,000 per annum (depending on experience)
* Performance bonus:
* Up to an additional 25% of base salary per year (PLUS base salary)
* This is an annual bonus potential, paid in staged payments after each crop, rather than once annually
* Each crop payment is performance-based, linked to bird welfare and performance KPIs
* Accommodation: 3-bedroom house on the farm provided
