A bit about the job:
You'll join a high‑performing PMO function that plays a critical role in supporting Aviva's change community and strategic delivery. The role involves researching, collecting and analysing data to support planning and decision‑making for new and ongoing projects. You'll be embedded in major programmes or working across a portfolio, setting standards, providing governance, and ensuring effective planning, risk management, financial oversight and reporting. As a Senior PMO Analyst, you'll influence delivery through meaningful insight, foresight and challenge, helping stakeholders stay within risk tolerances and ensuring investment is used appropriately.
Skills and experience we're looking for:
* Strong capability across the PMO pillars: governance, reporting, finance, risks/issues, planning, insight/challenge, Planview, Technology and MI
* Able to work effectively as part of a PMO team or independently, building strong networks across change
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with confidence to challenge constructively
* Contributes to a positive, open and collaborative team culture
* Skilled at using data and insight to highlight trends, deviations and risks ahead of time
