About the role
The Learning & Development Officer will coordinate, deliver, and monitor learning and development activities across our services.
Qualifications
* Level 3 Award in Education and Training (or equivalent)
* Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar Learning & Development or Trainer role, ideally within Children’s residential Services
* Willingness to work towards PRICE Instructor certification
* Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or equivalent
