The agency collaborates closely with founders, senior leadership teams and innovators across sectors such as property, construction and climate-focused technology.
We’re looking for a Social Media Content Manager who enjoys working across multiple brands and platforms. This is a varied role where you’ll divide your time between managing client social channels and supporting the agency’s own digital presence.
You’ll play a key role in developing engaging content, monitoring conversations across the industry and turning timely insights into compelling social posts. The position requires someone who is proactive, creative and comfortable working across different formats, from thought leadership pieces to short-form video.
Content Planning & Creation
* Develop and publish content across platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok and newsletter platforms
* Produce a mix of long-form and short-form content including carousels, video clips, commentary posts and thought leadership
* Monitor industry news and trends to identify opportunities for timely and relevant content
* Proactively suggest new content ideas rather than waiting for briefs
Visual & Creative Production
* Create social assets combining strong copy with clean visual design
* Produce short-form video content such as reels, talking-head clips and simple motion graphics
* Ensure brand consistency while adapting content to suit different platforms
Community Engagement
* Manage social channels including comments, messages and community interaction
* Build relationships with followers and contribute to conversations in an authentic way
* Identify opportunities to increase engagement through tagging, resharing and collaboration
Planning & Performance
* Maintain organised content calendars across several accounts
* Schedule posts using social media management tools
* Analyse performance data to understand what content resonates with audiences
* Provide clear and practical reporting on results and insights
About You
* 2–3 years’ experience in a social media or digital content role (agency or in-house)
* Experience managing social channels for B2B brands
* Strong portfolio demonstrating different content formats including video, carousels and written posts
* Confident creating visual assets using tools such as Canva, Figma or Adobe
* Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to adapt tone for different audiences
* Familiar with scheduling and analytics tools (e.g. Buffer, Hootsuite, Sprout or similar)
