Responsibilities
* Manage a varied caseload of private client matters, including:
* Wills and estate planning
* Probate and estate administration
* Trust creation and administration
* Lasting Powers of Attorney
Court of Protection matters
* Provide clear, tailored, and empathetic legal advice to a broad range of clients.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring a high level of client care.
* Contribute to business development activities, including networking and marketing initiatives.
* Keep up to date with developments in legislation and best practice to ensure compliance and excellent service delivery.
Requirements
* Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with a minimum of 3 years’ PQE (or equivalent experience).
* Demonstrable experience in handling private client matters independently.
* Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
* Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
* A proactive and collaborative approach, with a commitment to professional growth and development.
