KS1 SEMH Learning Support Assistant – Gateshead

Protocol Education are recruiting for a KS1 Learning Support Assistant to join a welcoming SEMH school in Gateshead.
Your role will include:
* Supporting pupils with emotional regulation and behaviour strategies
* Assisting with phonics, reading, and early numeracy
* Working 1:1 and in small groups to boost confidence
* Helping create a structured and positive classroom environment
* Celebrating small wins and progress every day

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
