The Role
You’ll be a key player in our Creative + Certain approach, with responsibilities including:
Leadership
* Line manage and mentor team members.
* Encourage personal and professional growth within your team.
* Ability to influence partners, suppliers, team and clients on the creative journey to success!
Client Communication & Management
* Build strong, informed relationships.
* Guide clients from objectives to measurable outcomes.
* Advise on sustainable, accessible and inclusive choices.
Business Development & Account Management
* Lead research, tenders and formatting documents.
* Manage budgets, subcontractors and associates (freelancers and partners).
* Lead and deliver pitches with creative oversight.
Production & Operational Excellence
* Ensure agile, creative, thorough, and sustainable delivery.
* Good understanding of event production
* Experience of delivering shows, conferences, exhibitions and brand engagement events
* Understand the protocols of safe and secure event delivery; keeping ALL stakeholders safe and happy
* Outdoor event experience a plus!
* Excellent communicator
* Very comfortable using spreadsheets and slides (ppt) to manage projects and communicate ideas
