Key Responsibilities:
* Monitor and analyze the financial and operational performance of the residential portfolio.
* Assist with preparation of property and portfolio level reports.
* Support Property Management, Accounting, in the preparation of budgets, financial reviews, and capital plans
* Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly reporting to the Organization’s Partners.
* Develop customized reports supporting corporate initiatives by managing the collection of cost information and tracking utility consumption on a daily and monthly basis
* Assist with implementation of system enhancements and other special projects as needed.
* Enter purchase orders and track spending in the portfolio.
* Keep management via regular status reporting on key operating metrics and project completion
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s Degree from a 4-year college or university.
* 2-3 years of experience at a Real Estate, Brokerage, Private Equity, or Consulting firm is preferred
* Advanced Excel skills
* Familiarity with Yardi a plus
