The Role
Reporting To: Regional Sales Director UK (Dotted Line into the Chief Commercial Officer)
The Regional Marketing Manager will develop and implement regional marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and support sales growth. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of automotive/motorcycle consumer behavior and the competitive landscape, working closely with dealership teams, sales, and corporate marketing to align with business objectives.
Responsibilities
* Develop and execute regional marketing plans to drive brand growth and customer acquisition.
* Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to identify opportunities.
* Collaborate with sales teams to design and implement localized marketing campaigns aligned with Brand HQ guidelines.
* Manage local advertising, promotions, and digital marketing efforts.
* Build relationships with dealership partners to support their marketing initiatives.
* Oversee event sponsorships, trade shows, and community engagement programs.
* Track and report on KPIs to measure campaign success.
* Ensure brand consistency and compliance with marketing guidelines.
* Manage budgets to maximize ROI.
* Partner with external agencies, media, and vendors for marketing execution.
Personal Specification
* 8+ years of marketing experience, preferably in the automotive/motorcycle industry or related sector.
* Experience in regional or multi-location marketing management.
* Strong understanding of CRM, digital marketing, social media, and customer engagement strategies.
* Excellent analytical and decision-making skills.
* Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, corporate teams, and external stakeholders.
* Strong project management skills and multitasking ability.
* Effective communication and presentation skills.
* Willingness to travel as needed.
