What you'll need to succeed To succeed in this role, you must be a qualified solicitor with experience in regulatory or criminal health & safety work, supported by strong drafting and analytical skills. You should be confident managing a varied caseload, communicating effectively with clients and regulators, and working collaboratively within a busy team. Experience in transport law, environmental law and public enquiries would be advantageous.
