Main Mission
Proactive prospecting, identification of new customers, and strengthening relationships with existing clients.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the entire sales cycle: from lead qualification to deal closing.
* Act as the main point of contact for all customer inquiries within the assigned territory.
* Participate in trade shows and networking activities to increase brand visibility.
Requirements
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in the Home & Personal Care sector (packaging or processing).
* Strong interest and/or background in packaging machinery sales.
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business is appreciated.
* Availability to travel more than 50% of the time across the UK & Ireland, with occasional trips to headquarters in Italy.
* Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
* Valid driving license for customer visits.
* Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office suite.
* Native English speaker; Italian is a plus.
Location
Based in England, preferably in the Birmingham area (key Tirelli customers located along the Liverpool–Leeds and Manchester–Bristol axes).
