Sales Administrator Location: Exchange Quay, Manchester Job Area: Sales & Finance Job Type: Full Time, Permanent Hours: 8:30am-4:30pm Mon-Fri (37.5 hrs per week) Job Summary: To ensure seamless contract execution for our energy business. Manage contract lifecycle, mitigate risks, and maintain compliance while providing support to the sales team. You will assist the Finance Manager with finance associated duties. This is a dual role with both sales admin and finance admin attached to this role. Key Responsibilities: Oversee contract lifecycle from initiation to closure. Supporting the sales team with contract drafting and execution. Identify and mitigate contractual risks. Ensure compliance with legal standards. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders. Providing regular updates and continued support to the sales team. Chase information from sales teams for contract completion. Working on FFB CRM database to maintain accurate information. Essential/Desirable requirements: Proficient in contract drafting, and execution. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and record-keeping. Willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic work environment. Demonstrated integrity and ethical conduct in handling confidential information and contractual agreements. Confident using Microsoft Excel to produce and update reports. Previous experience working in finance and experience on SAP would be advantageous. Candidates whove had a dual role in sales admin/finance would be advantageous.
