We're delighted to share a pivotal 12-month fixed-term opportunity to join F&F as Head of Online & Performance Marketing. This is a strategically significant leadership role at the centre of our digital growth ambition, offering the opportunity to define and deliver a best-in-class online strategy that drives sustained commercial performance across sales, customer acquisition, and engagement.
This role leads Online and Performance Marketing for F&F, setting and delivering a digital channel strategy aligned to ambitious commercial and customer outcomes. Reporting to the Online Director, the role operates in close partnership with the Head of Brand & Marketing to ensure F&F's brand priorities are translated into compelling, high-performing online execution.
You will own the end-to-end digital marketing agenda-spanning campaign strategy, e-commerce production, paid media, and marketing effectiveness-ensuring a best-in-class, performance-led online customer experience. As the function continues to evolve, you will also take strategic accountability for building and maturing the team's SEO and CRM capabilities.
