About the role
Responsible for the continued operational delivery for a key account customer.
Managing a team to ensure contractual SLAs are adhered to and facilitate the
ongoing customer relationship. Using specialist knowledge to solve problems and
act as a sole point of contact for a specific customer
Key responsibilities
* Demonstrate ownership and serve as the lead point of contact for a specific
customer
* Take full end to end accountability for all key customer related matters including
order processing, systems, delivery and queries through to resolution, using
learnings to drive change and appropriate solutions
* Apply a proactive approach to contractual requirements, providing insightful
and relevant MI to the customer on a regular basis
* Ensure all reasonable actions are taken regarding customer contract
requirements and meeting SLA's
* Provide support, coaching and guidance to all team members ensuring safe
working practices, correct processing, and good job role performance
Skills and experience
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Experience of dashcam and other related electronics
* High standards of data accuracy and attention to detail
* Excellent stakeholder management skills and working with senior internal and
external stakeholders to advise and influence.
* Capability to deal with competing priorities.
* Demonstrates and advocates the Group values.
