GAUCHO are looking for an experienced and passionate Restaurant Manager to join our GAUCHO Liverpool team! The successful candidate will be fully accountable for the restaurant in terms of guest experience, finance, sales growth, legal compliance and team development FOH. The Restaurant Managers work closely with the Assistant General Manager & General Manager to run a smooth and successful operation in terms of finance, product and people. The Restaurant Managers take charge of the controllable lines of the P&L as delegated and delivers the budget (bar stock etc).
