Business Development Executive (Commercial Energy Sales)
Basic Salary: £25,000 – £27,500
OTE for hitting target: £65,000+ (exceptionally strong commission and bonus structure)

Overview
Our client is a rapidly growing commercial energy consultancy known for exceptional market insight, high-quality data, and one of the strongest commission structures in the North West. They’re on a mission to help UK businesses reduce costs, simplify procurement, and secure long-term energy solutions – and they’re now looking for a driven Business Development Executive to join their team.
This isn’t a churn-and-burn sales floor. Our client wants people who want to build something, develop a pipeline they can truly call their own, and grow into long-term careers within the business.
What You’ll Be Doing
1. Speaking with UK businesses to understand their energy needs and present competitive commercial energy solutions.
2. You will be working a blend of cold outreach, some warm inbound leads and hot, prequalified data
3. Building and managing your own pipeline with a focus on long-term relationship-building.
4. Consulting with prospects to find the best contract options and guiding them through the process.
5. Cross-selling additional services including Telecoms, Water, and Waste, unlocking extra revenue and bigger commissions.
6. Closing deals confidently and consistently while maintaining a high-quality customer experience.
7. Contributing ideas, feedback, and experience to a business that genuinely values input and innovation.
