Science Cover Teacher - Secondary Schools
?? Location: Manchester
?? Pay: £140 - £180 per day - Dependant on experience
Simply Education is currently recruiting enthusiastic and reliable Science Cover Teachers to work in secondary schools across Manchester. Opportunities are available on a day-to-day, short-term, and long-term basis.
The Role
* Deliver pre-planned Science lessons (Biology, Chemistry, and Physics)
* Maintain a positive and productive classroom environment
* Manage behaviour in line with school policies
* Support students with their learning where required
* Complete registers and provide clear handover notes for teaching staff
Requirements
* Experience teaching or covering Science in UK secondary schools
* Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
* Good subject knowledge across at least one Science discipline
* Passion for education and supporting young people
* Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)
* Right to Work in the UK
