We're thrilled to be partnering with an internationally recognised studio in their search for PR & Marketing Manager. You will be responsible for overseeing their multi-regional Marketing and PR teams, driving the successful global launch of new titles and supporting live services. You will be joining an independently owned, video games publisher with an impressive international track record and a global audience across multiple platforms. This position is UK hybrid, with 2 days based onsite at their office in the South-East of England.
Your role will be to…
* Craft and distribute press releases, media kits and pitches targeting gaming journalists, influencers and outlets across new and existing titles.
* Collaborate on marketing campaigns integrating PR for launches, events and digital promotions.
* Work closely with the global communications team to align UK efforts with international strategies, share best practices and co-develop pan-European campaigns.
* Build and manage relationships with media outlets, streamers and partners to secure high level coverage of from initial announcements to post review analysis and coverage report.
* Monitor and evaluate PR performance, reporting on media coverage, audience perception and ROI.
* Identify market trends, competitor activity and emerging opportunities within the video games industry.
You will need:
* 4+ years in PR and marketing savvy for aligning with broader promotional strategies.
* Background in the video game industry with a strong understanding of gaming media, regional audiences and industry trends.
* Proven track record with press outreach and campaigns.
* Expertise in managing PR, media and influencer relationships.
* Understanding of data analysis and performance reporting.
* Experience of managing and mentoring teams.
* Good commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills.
