About the Role
Are you passionate about the intersection of data, technology, and human resource strategy? We are looking for a dynamic and digitally inclined individual to join our People Strategy & Data Office for a 1-year contract as an Assistant Manager.
This role is ideal for early-career professionals or highly motivated fresh graduates with a digital background who are eager to contribute to the digital transformation of HR operations through data analytics, automation, and emerging technologies.
What You Will Be Working On
HR Systems & Data Leadership
* Conduct functional testing of Workday modules.
* Collaborate with tech teams to validate data from Databricks dashboards and analytics reports.
* Identify data quality issues and recommend improvement strategies.
Project Leadership & Coordination
* Drive HR tech/data projects through planning, coordination, stakeholder engagement, and status reporting.
* Apply best practices in project and change management.
AI & Automation Strategy
* Explore and pilot the use of Generative AI and workflow automation in HR.
* Prepare business cases and lead feasibility studies.
Strategic Vendor & Technology Assessment
* Evaluate new HR tools and solutions through Buy vs Build analysis.
* Translate user needs into actionable insights and support technology decision-making.
What We Are Looking For
* 1–2 years of professional experience in data or tech-related roles preferred
* Experience with HR SaaS platforms like Workday or SuccessFactors, or a background in computer engineering
* Fresh graduates with a strong interest in digital analytics are welcome to apply
* Proficiency in data analytics tools such as Tableau or Power BI
* Knowledge of workflow automation and process improvement
* Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management capabilities
* Analytical thinker with a keen eye for detail and a drive for continuous improvement
* Exposure to system implementations or technology assessments is an advantage
* Familiarity with change management and user adoption strategies
