* Black boots/smart trousers and a high visibility security vest.
Responsibilities
* Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas to monitor for suspicious activity and potential security breaches.
* Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, assessing situations and taking appropriate action as necessary.
* Utilise CCTV systems effectively to monitor premises and gather evidence when required.
* Implement loss prevention strategies to minimise theft and damage.
* Prepare detailed incident reports documenting findings, actions taken, and any follow-up required.
* Collaborate with local law enforcement when necessary to ensure a coordinated response to incidents.
* Provide first aid assistance as needed, ensuring the health and safety of individuals on site.
* Maintain a high level of professionalism while interacting with clients, staff, and the public.
Requirements
* Proven experience in surveillance or security roles is highly desirable.
* Familiarity with loss prevention techniques and strategies is an advantage.
* Proficiency in operating CCTV systems for monitoring purposes.
* Certification in first aid is preferred; willingness to undergo training will be considered.
* Strong observational skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective reporting and interaction with stakeholders.
* A valid driver's licence is essential for mobility between locations.
