You'll work across multiple service areas including catering, cleaning, and general support, making every day different and rewarding. What You’ll Do Deliver high-quality service across accommodation, cleaning, and catering departments Clean and maintain bedrooms, communal areas, and catering spaces to a high standard Perform general housekeeping duties, including vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and laundry Support the kitchen team in meal preparation and service Ensure cleanliness of all mess areas and kitchen equipment Manage the pot wash area and ensure chefs have necessary galley equipment Assist in stock handling and unloading deliveries Carry out deep cleaning tasks according to schedule Report any defects, hazards, or maintenance issues promptly Support health, safety, and hygiene compliance in all tasks Participate in inspections and contribute to continuous improvement What We’re Looking For A flexible and adaptable team player Comfortable working in a rotational remote environment Good communication and time management skills A commitment to delivering excellent customer service Experience in hospitality, cleaning, or catering is desirable but not essential A basic Health & Hygiene Certificate is advantageous What’s Included 3 weeks on / 3 weeks off rotational schedule Single-occupancy en-suite accommodation Free return transport between Shetland and Aberdeen Nutritious meals provided daily Modern, 24-hour onsite gym Retention bonus of up to £1,000, paid quarterly Opportunities to work across multiple Shetland sites Why Join Sodexo?
