Madison Berkeley are partnering with a well established and highly regarded Management Surveying Practice to appoint an Associate Director level hire to lead their residential management function. Our client through substantial external investment is going through a notable phase of growth making their mark in the Central London Real Estate market.
This is a senior leadership role overseeing a Prime Central London residential portfolio, combining team management, client ownership and operational delivery. You will take full responsibility for the residential function, acting as the key point of contact for clients while driving service standards, compliance and financial performance.
Portfolio
* 5 super prime residential blocks containing circa 500 units across multiple Prime Central London buildings
* 150 Prime AST's
The role
* Lead, mentor and develop a team of Property Managers
* Oversee day to day management across the residential portfolio
* Ensure full compliance with all legislation and health and safety requirements
* Take ownership of service charge budgets, reporting and cost control
* Act as the primary contact for landlords and key stakeholders
* Drive asset management initiatives including refurbishments and value enhancement
The candidate
* Extensive residential property management experience across Residential Blocks
* Suitable for a Senior Property Manager or Current Associate Director
* Proven experience managing people and leading from the front
* Strong understanding of residential legislation, compliance and health and safety
* Commercially aware with experience managing budgets and reporting
* Confident dealing with clients and representing a business at senior level
* AssocRICS, MARLA, IRPM is desirable but not essential
