Be a positive role model and help students develop resilience, confidence, and self -regulation. Support students in 1:1 and small groups. Mentor roles can play a key roles in fostering a respectful and inclusive school culture, guide students towards personal and academic growth, while reinforcing polite and responsible behaviours.
