Key responsibilities:
1. Deliver structured fitness and wellbeing sessions as a sports coach
2. Use sport and exercise to engage and motivate students
3. Support pupils with SEMH needs through positive physical activity
4. Promote teamwork, resilience, and confidence
5. Adapt activities to suit different fitness levels and emotional needs
6. Work alongside staff to support behaviour and engagement strategies

Requirements:
