We are now looking for additional skilled Van Technicians like you to join our team!

What you will be doing:
* Diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a fleet of light commercial vehicles (Renault Lutons, etc.)
* Performing PMIs, inspections, MOT prep, and safety checks to DVSA standards
* Handling key mechanical work: brakes, clutches, suspension, exhausts, and diagnostics
* Using diagnostic tools to pinpoint issues and ensure first-time fixes
* Completing service paperwork, job cards, and compliance documentation accurately
* Road-testing vehicles to confirm repair quality
* Keeping your workspace safe, tidy, and efficient
What you will bring:
Key Requirements:
* NVQ Level 2/3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent)
* Hands-on experience working with vans or LCVs in a workshop or fleet environment
* Confidence using diagnostic tools and solving mechanical problems
* Full UK driving licence (Category B)
* Strong communication skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team
