We’re looking for a confident and people-focused HR Advisor to join us on a six-month fixed-term basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a collaborative and supportive team where your expertise will make an immediate difference across our schools.

What you’ll be doing
No two days will look the same. You will
* Partner with Head Teachers/managers to provide clear, practical HR advice
* Lead and support casework including disciplinary, grievance, and capability
* Use data to improve attendance and performance
* Champion equality, diversity, and employee wellbeing
* Ensure safeguarding and compliance standards are consistently met
* Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes
* Coach and upskill managers to build strong leadership capability
* Contribute to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives
What we’re looking for
You are someone who
* Is CIPD Level 5 qualified or working towards it or has relevant experience
* Has 2 years experience in a HR Advisor role
* Communicates with clarity, empathy, and influence
* Is calm under pressure and confident handling sensitive situations with empathy
* Builds trust quickly and works well with a wide range of stakeholders
* Is organised, proactive, and solutions-focused
* Experience in the education sector is not essential, training can be provided
